Where SPC has only received information but not independently validated it, we show "Professional Information Supplied" — never "Verified Professional". Paying a verification service fee opens the review process; it never automatically issues a badge.

Stream Properties (SPC) activates direct property, brokerage, management, construction, financial or professional services jurisdiction by jurisdiction, only after internal compliance review. A listing is clearly labelled either a Marketplace Listing (independent advertiser) or an SPC Service.
