FAQs
Do you take public-sector and infrastructure projects?
Yes — public infrastructure and government works are within scope, subject to tender eligibility, registration and statutory checks completed before any bid is submitted.
Is submitting a brief a contract or a quotation?
No. Every enquiry is reviewed first. Only authorised management may release pricing, submit a tender, accept an award or sign a contract.
How quickly will I hear back?
We aim to acknowledge within one business day and record an initial triage decision within three business days, staffing permitting.
Can I upload drawings or tender documents?
Yes — up to 5 files of 10 MB each (PDF, DOCX, XLSX, JPG, PNG). Files are stored privately and only accessed by authorised staff. Please do not send IDs, bank records or confidential financial data at this stage.
